Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic rules for using the haal website and early preview. They are deliberately plain, because family life has enough small print already.

About haal

haal is an early-stage family support product designed to help parents and carers reduce mental load and support children’s growth. The product is still developing and may change as we learn with early families.

Early preview

Joining the early preview does not guarantee immediate access. We may invite families in phases, limit availability, change features, pause access or end the preview if needed.

Not professional advice

haal provides general support, organisation, prompts and developmental ideas. It does not provide medical, psychological, educational, safeguarding, legal or professional advice. You should seek qualified help where appropriate.

Your responsibilities

  • Use haal lawfully and respectfully.
  • Only provide information you have the right to share.
  • Check important reminders, plans and suggestions yourself.
  • Do not rely on haal in an emergency or safeguarding situation.

AI outputs

AI-generated content may be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for your family’s circumstances. haal should support your judgement, not replace it.

Accounts and access

If accounts are made available, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

Intellectual property

The haal website, product, brand, design, text, software and materials belong to haal or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer or misuse them except as allowed by law.

Availability

We aim to build a reliable product, but the website and early preview may be interrupted, changed or unavailable from time to time.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, haal is provided without warranties during the early preview. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
