haal is an early-stage family support product. References to “haal”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the team operating the haal website and early preview.

If you join the early preview, we collect your email address and any information you choose to send us. If you later use the product, we may collect family rhythm information, parent-provided child profile information, preferences, reminders, actions and product usage information.

Children’s information
haal is designed to support parents and carers. Children’s information should be provided by a parent or carer. We aim to collect only what is useful, avoid unnecessary detail, and design with children’s best interests in mind.
AI processing
haal may use AI to help organise family rhythm, suggest actions and surface gentle insights. AI outputs are supportive, not definitive. Parents and carers remain responsible for decisions about their family and children.
Sharing information
We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers to run the website, store responses, send emails, host the product, analyse usage and support AI features. We only share what is needed for those purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about the early preview. Email hello@haal.io and we will help.
Retention
We keep early preview information only for as long as needed to run the preview, understand interest in haal and communicate with you, unless a longer period is required by law.

We may update this policy as haal develops. If the changes are significant, we will make them clear.
